CHARITY INITIATIVE FOR
END POLIO NOW

banner

The song “We’ll bring you love” was born from the encounter between the Rotary E – Club 2042 Italia, naturally dedicated to services with the aim of solving one of the most dramatic problems of society, and Nar International, with its thirty-years experience in the music and publishing industry.
The charity song is in support of the fight against polio, a debilitating and potentially fatal disease that affects mostly children under five years old causing an irreversible flaccid paralysis (one case in 200) or even death (5-10% of cases).
The fight to eliminate polio is led by the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, which includes the Rotary, UNICEF, the US Centers for Prevention and Disease Control, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and governments around the world with the support of many others worldwide.

“We’ll bring you love” is performed by one of the most significant voices of the international jazz scene: Sarah Jane Morris.
The original trio of Italian artists Al Bano, Toto Cutugno and Fausto Leali performs the global anthem for the eradication of polio for the Italian version “Le nostre mani”.
Both versions have been recorded with the little choir “Monterosso Bergamo”, a multi-ethnic choir formed by children aged 5 to 14 years old.
The song, written by Toto Cutugno, Christian Moretti and Gianni Pescini, has been on sale exclusively on iTunes since Friday, April 29th, 2016.

The whole project, realized with the contribution of the banking groups “Credito Valtellinese” and “Sterilgarda”, was presented at the press conference by the protagonist on Friday morning, April 29th at the Auditorium Conciliazione in Rome.
The Concert “You are never too young to change the world” was held, within the Jubilee of Rotarians program, in a world premiere and both songs were exhibited.
On April 30th, in the “Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli” in Rome, great performance by Sarah Jane Morris and the little choir “Monterosso”, who sang both the Italian and English versions a cappella.

END POLIO NOW
